A 60-90 minute one-on-one session with Kim to meticulously review your intake forms and tailor your program to suit your unique needs. 

Exercise Program

This 12-week program is carefully crafted to align with your individual requirements and fitness level. You'll also receive a personalized schedule of daily habits and actions designed to propel you towards your goals.

Check-Ins

Weekly check-ins/follow-ups conducted via Zoom or in-person ensuring consistent progress and support. Also direct access to Kim via SMS, guaranteeing a response within 24 hours for any questions or concerns. 

 

Accountability

A partner to be with you every step of the way so you don't get stuck. 

Coaching App

The program is delivered via an app that provides a daily schedule of habits and/or workouts and activity. 

VIP Upgrade
