Today's Client Spotlight is on Anne...

"I don’t have any before and after pictures and I’m like 15 pounds heavier than I used to be. But I feel also like that is sort of the point.  Life is going to throw some stuff at you.  I know all the work I’ve put in has helped me through it all.   We all have ups and downs in our fitness journey just keep showing up. I think it like 7 years for me."

Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?

I have a long term goal to remain healthy and active as I age.  Short term I’m working on getting back running after a little set back.

Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?

The desire to live an active life and stay healthy.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?

I was a pretty active runner but never did any strength training. I knew I needed to start but I hate big gyms and never knew what exercises to do or what equipment.  Here the trainers know me and know my goals and offer so much support

Q: How has FabYOUlous Fitness made a difference in your life?

I enjoy going so much it’s been easy to be consistent.  I love the many relationships I’ve built in this group

Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?

I’ve been coming for so long that this answer takes many forms.  Early on I saw my running improve and my strength.  As I age and have tackled some health challenges it has helped me cope. Helped me fight the effects of treatments and kept me moving.

Q: What is your “word” of the year?!

Thrive.  Reusing this from a few years ago. But it’s a good one

Q. What made you decide to want to join FabYOUlous Fitness?

To gain strength in an environment I felt comfortable in

Q. What kinds of results have you achieved so far?

I don’t have anything specific but I know I am strong and I know it’s been my consistency throughout all these years.

Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?

Do it now. It doesn’t get easier, it’s about your life and how you will be there for your kids and grandkids.  We will all face health issues give yourself the best chance you can.
