Client Spotlight: Kara

I have learned so much about health, fitness and myself from the incredible trainers, as well as the other awesome clients, since joining FabYOUlous Fitness in late January 2021! My primary goals, from day one, were to have more energy, feel stronger, and sleep better. Some secondary goals were weightloss, lower blood pressure and better overall health.

My desire to be a strong example for my children of how positive change is achievable at any age, our family's love of being active and traveling, and my hope to be here for my kids for many years to come are what keeps me motivated to continue working hard; even when obstacles arise; even when the victories are small, few and far between. The powerful support and encouragement from ALL of the personal trainers has also gotten me through some difficult days.

I'm grateful every day that Kim Bouldin continued to call, email, and check in after I initially requested information. Even though I kept finding reasons not to set up my initial consultation, somehow she knew I'd eventually be ready to begin my journey. And I'm so glad she was right!

In addition to lowering my blood pressure enough that my doctor has now reduced my medication twice, I have lost a few inches, a few pounds, and faced my fear of failing. I am also gaining confidence, physical strength, flexibility, balance and wonderful new relationships with some really neat ladies!

For me personally, I know that slow and steady will get me to my goals. I'm a work in progress, but I'm enjoying the process. And I finally believe in myself.
