"I came to FabYoulous because of Kim's corrective exercise training. I had repeated problems with plantar fasciitis, bunion pain, knee tenderness, which led me to slow down or stop any exercise I was currently doing. Kim started with foam rolling and with in 2 sessions I noticed a difference!
I wanted to have some kind of training that I would be able to continue if I did have some injury, so looked into small group training. I had been going to big gyms and community exercise programs for many years and always felt like I didn't progress and the "trainers" that were there just to teach one level. And that level was never ME.
I really enjoy and appreciate the level of interest Fab has in all of their clients. My main reason for continuing past the corrective exercise was to be more flexible, have better balance and not have ridiculous pains that came out of nowhere My balance is sooo much better and I can get up off the floor after playing with toddlers now.
They did a FabYoulous job of training throughout the pandemic. I really don't know what I would have done without the video sessions and they even tried to get some online happy hours for those of us in our bubbles!! I was around when all the small group was circuit and couldn't wait to get back in the studio for the machines.
This is a great studio. All the trainers have their own way of training and I get something extra when I take a session with a trainer that isn't my usual group leader. I've never felt stupid or embarrassed to admit I can't keep up or don't know what the h#$% I am supposed to be doing!!
Advice? Don't wait anymore. DO IT!!!!!"
