If you’ve been keeping up this month, you’ll know we’ve been diving deep into the power of routines this month. Especially routines that help you get your day off to a GREAT start.

I thought it might be helpful to see what my own personal morning routine looks like!

I’ve had this same basic routine for around 10 years because I am a firm believer in “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.

My #1 priority for my own morning routine: Set a healthy foundation for myself. 

5 a.m. – Wake up, do a couple of stretches and get dressed for my run or workout. 6:00 a.m. – shower, feed and medicate the dogs, eat breakfast, and head to the studio.

Your routine will probably look different than mine! 

What makes it work for me is that I do most of the heavy lifting of my routine the night before...meaning I set everything out I need for exercise, which is the first thing I do in my morning routine.
