Hey, there!

Can we address the big festive elephant in the room?

The holidays are right around the corner, which means if you’re approaching your 40s AND you’re still feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted all of the time...

You have two choices:

  1. You can start or continue prioritizing the new healthy habits you’re building through this busy season…

  2. Or you can put your health on hold, promising yourself you'll "start fresh" in January.

It’s going to get a little hectic, and in my experience, it’s better to acknowledge it now!

And, if you know you’d rather choose Option #1, you’ll love what I have planned for you this month.

The thing is, even though Option #1 SEEMS more difficult this time of year…

It’s actually your ticket to enjoying the season MORE.

Yes, you can modify some of those habits to give you more wiggle room right now…

But when you (mostly) stay on track:

  • You’ll have more energy to enjoy time with family and friends

  • You'll be less likely to fall into the winter “funk” due to inactivity and junk food

  • And you can still enjoy holiday treats – without the guilt – because you have a solid plan!

For example, I know that if I let myself sleep in or eat sugary food most days, I’ll start to feel that ‘funk’. So, I’m laying some ground rules with myself — like splurging on a few delicious desserts — but after I’ve eaten something healthy with protein.

It might look completely different for you…

But simply acknowledging that you can enjoy the holidays while still prioritizing your health is a powerful first step!

This month we’ll talk about what to do if you DO overindulge…

I’ll share my favorite “lazy” meal prep strategy so you always have ready-to-go, healthy food in the fridge…

And a few helpful mindset shifts to keep in your back pocket as the days get shorter and busier.

Ready to make these last 9 weeks count?

Let’s do this!

Committed to your health and happiness,

P.S. Self-awareness is key for planning ahead. What are your usual triggers? What big trips, events, or parties do you have coming up?

You can actually make your goals a reality when you know what to do and have support and accountability to keep you on track. To see exactly what the process looks like and if it’s the right fit for you, check out our  program breakdown here <<
