We love to celebrate NSVs! Laura started our small group training program (Fab Fit Method) in August of this year. Over the past 3-months, she's noticed some pretty significant changes and we want to share them here and give her a HUGE SHOUT OUT for getting and staying consistent with her exercise.
Some of the changes Laura noticed include:
She's able to get her rings on her hands...something she hasn't been able to do for YEARS!
She's handled a period of high stress much better than she would have before starting the program. She showed up and did the work, even though it was hard, and it paid off.
She feels better and has more energy.
That's what life is all about, right? Feeling good and having the energy to do the things you want to do without a bunch of anxiety and stress bogging you down.
