No matter how many times you fail, you get up and try again.

Don’t dwell on your past struggles. Learn from them… and FOCUS FORWARD!
No one’s perfect.
It’s important to remember that you don’t have ANY CONTROL over what has already happened. Wasting time stressing over it or beating yourself up doesn’t get you anywhere.
👉But you do have control over what you do next.
Ask yourself: What’s the next best action you can take?
And then take that action.
Remember, you are only one brisk walk away from a workout.
