Assisted stretching is a one-on-one service where a certified trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach helps guide your body through a series of gentle, targeted stretches. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows you to relax fully while your coach supports your body and deepens each stretch safely and effectively. This approach can help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, enhance mobility, and support recovery from workouts or daily stress. Whether you're looking to feel looser, move better, or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation, assisted stretching is a powerful tool to support your overall wellness. We offer 30-minute assisted stretch sessions to help you move better, feel better, and let go of tension that’s holding you back.

Each session is personalized to your body and goals, using a mix of techniques to improve flexibility, ease tight spots, and boost your range of motion. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, aches, or just want to feel looser and lighter, we’ve got you.
