Discover the joy of mindful movement in a space designed entirely for your comfort, safety, and well-being. This hybrid workshop perfectly blends the fluid, relaxing benefits of Gentle Hatha Yoga with the stabilizing support of Chair Yoga.

We begin our practice seated, focusing on centering breathwork and soft joint-freeing movements to melt away physical tension and quiet the mind. As the session progresses, you will be invited to explore both seated and optional standing postures, using a sturdy chair as a helpful prop to enhance balance, posture, and confidence. Every shape we create is fully customizable. You choose the level of support that feels right for your body today.

Whether you are looking to build functional strength, increase your everyday mobility, manage injury recovery, or simply experience a deeply restorative practice, this workshop offers a nurturing environment to connect with your body.
