Accessible Yoga for Women - Chair Yoga!
If you've been thinking about trying yoga but have never done it or can't get down onto the floor, this 6-week series is for you.
Chair yoga is a versatile, accessible practice that helps build flexibility, sharpen focus, and cultivate mindfulness. The benefits of a yoga practice include decreased stress and anxiety, better sleep quality, and reduced blood pressure. The beauty of this practice is that you can do it anywhere you have a sturdy chair!
In the 6-week session, we will build each week on the fundamentals, and by the end of our time together you’ll have a library of chair yoga poses that you can take with you into every part of your life (chair yoga is great for when you need a little movement between meetings during a work day!) Prioritize your self-care in the new year by joining us for this special series!

Join Amy Ritts (200 hr YTT) for a peaceful and uplifting yoga flow. This 60 minute class will include standing and floor based poses to increase balance, flexibility and focus. This flow will be accessible to all- from the brand new yogis to those who have been practicing for years; options will be offered throughout class to customize your practice to be exactly what *YOU* need it to be.
Energizing and uplifting yoga flow. This 60 minute class will include standing and floor-based poses, a contemporary playlist, and a brief meditation to start your day off right. An accessible flow inspired by Vinyasa Yoga (dynamic movements connected by the breath) with plenty of opportunities to fire up or mellow out, based on what your body needs today.
