Here’s a story you might relate to…
Last January, I was pumped and ready to go ALL in.
But as the year ran its course, I felt my progress stall and began skipping my exercise routine.
Needless to say, I was frustrated and ready to give up.
It didn’t matter that I had seen progress initially…
I wanted faster results and felt like I should have been further along.
Sound familiar?
If it does, it’s not your fault.
We live in a world of:
5-second videos
30-day transformations
And food delivered right to your door from an app.
We expect instant gratification!
But, you and I both know that REAL change doesn't happen overnight.
That’s why it’s so important to put your “quick wins” into perspective so you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture.
Here's how I’ve learned to balance it:
Set a big, exciting long-term goal. This became my “North Star.”
Then, break it down into smaller milestones.
Celebrate quick wins along the way — but don’t get too attached! As long as you’re trending in the right direction 80% of the time, you’re making progress.
The key here is balance.
Quick wins will keep you motivated…
But the long-term vision will keep you going when motivation dips.
So… what's YOUR long-term vision for 2025? And what quick win can you celebrate this week?
Hit reply and let me know. I'd love to celebrate with you!!
