Welcome to FabYOUlous Fitness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our gym facilities, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by FabYOUlous Fitness.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Obligations
You are responsible for keeping your membership and login details confidential and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability
We strive to keep our gym facilities and services available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

5. Fees and Payments
All fees for using FabYOUlous Fitness' Services are listed on our website or at our facility. Failure to pay these fees can result in the termination of your account.


SMS/MMS

1. By opting in, you agree to receive marketing/promotional messages from FabYOUlous Fitness. 

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by clicking HERE.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
