Strength Training for Women in Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond

Not at all. Most of our clients felt the same way before they walked in. Our programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether that's years away from a gym or coming back after a long break. Every exercise is coached and can be modified to your current fitness level. You do not need to get ready for us. That's what we're here for.

You are absolutely welcome here. The strength, bone density, energy, and mobility benefits of what we do are just as important in postmenopause. Many of our clients are well past the transition and are focused on staying strong, independent, and active for the long haul. Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or years beyond it, the training and coaching we provide are designed for your body right now.

Semi-private training is coached, structured strength training in a small group of two to six women. You follow a program that's personalized to your goals, but you train alongside other women for the energy, accountability, and community that makes showing up easier. Think of it as the attention of personal training with the support of a team.

At a regular gym, you're on your own. In most group fitness classes, everyone does the same workout regardless of what their body needs. At FabYOUlous Fitness, every session is coach-led and tailored to you. We specialize in women 40 and older navigating perimenopause and menopause, so your training is built around how your body is actually functioning right now, not a one-size-fits-all template.

That's one of the best reasons to start here. Our coaches teach you proper form, progress you at the right pace, and build your confidence from day one. Many of our strongest clients started with zero strength training experience.

In most cases, yes. We work with women managing everything from joint replacements to osteoporosis to autoimmune conditions. Our coaches modify exercises as needed and can coordinate with your healthcare provider. We also offer services like assisted stretching and mobility classes that support recovery and movement quality.

The 6-Week Program is your starting point. It includes two semi-private strength training sessions per week, unlimited mobility classes, habit coaching, weekly accountability check-ins, and access to our coaching app. It's designed to build your foundation, establish consistent habits, and help you experience what structured coaching feels like before committing to ongoing membership.

The 6-Week Program is $499. We also offer semi-private training memberships, personal training, and boot camp options at a range of price points. Your first step is a complimentary Strength and Strategy Session. It's a one-on-one conversation where we learn about your goals, what you've tried before, and what's going on with your body right now. From there, we'll walk you through how our programs work and help you decide if FabYOUlous Fitness is the right fit.

Yes. We offer live virtual personal or semi-private sessions via Zoom as well as self-paced online training through our coaching app. These are great options if your schedule makes it hard to get to the studio or you're not local to Westerville.
