Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Nutrition Coaching, Corrective Exercise, Senior Fitness, Women’s Fitness, Performance Enhancement, Running, Stretching, and many more! She is passionate about helping women build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
Rachel’s own fitness journey began with a familiar goal — wanting to lose a little weight and feel healthier. But along the way, she discovered something much more powerful: the incredible changes that happen when you focus on getting stronger, moving well, and supporting your body with proper nutrition. What started as a personal goal quickly grew into a passion for helping other women experience those same transformations.
Rachel specializes in working with women who want to build strength, improve mobility and balance, and stay active as they age. She understands that many women are navigating hormonal changes, joint pain, injuries, or simply the challenge of getting back into exercise after years of putting others first. Her approach focuses on meeting each client where they are and helping them progress safely and confidently.
Her training style combines strength training, mobility work, and functional movement to help women feel stronger not just in the gym, but in their everyday lives — whether that means lifting heavier, hiking longer, keeping up with kids and grandkids, or simply moving through the day with less pain and more energy.
